Our guesthouse looks out over the water in Scilly, away from noise and traffic, with just the yachts and fishing boats wandering by as they return to the marina or head out to sea in the early morning.

Watch this meandering trail from the verandah in your room as you sip your early morning coffee or while enjoying a private champagne aperitif before going down for dinner.

Kinsale

It's just a short walk to the town centre of Kinsale from Harbour Lodge.

Kinsale is a special place: a medieval town with narrow winding streets, beautiful old buildings and battle sites and forts all around. Traditional music and modern art are all catered for, in our wealth of cosy pubs and fine art galleries.

Kinsale is known as the gourmet capital of Ireland , so you'll be sure to find plenty of fine restaurants to tempt your palate.

You can take a guided tour such as the ghost tour or the scenic harbour cruise, or you can explore the old streets yourself, visiting a 12 th century church, the wine museum, Kinsale museum and the regular farmer's market.
